Complete Rip-Off and Deceptive... Do not trust this company!

Do not trust this company or any services this company attempts to preform. I was told that I would have a free estimate, yet I was chagred a trip fee because the represetative failed to ask for the measurements where the screen was supposed to be mounted. I did not see this fee as fair or necessary, especially since I was told about the fee after this supposed professional could not get the screen to work. He refused to leave my home until he received funds for his travel, yet no work was done. If the "trip charge" fee would have been disclosed prior to the company's arrival, I could have made a more informed decision. The screens that are constructed are cheap, flimsy and completely unstable for any long term use.

Any one would be better off purchasing a screen from Frys, Best Buy or retailor rather than waste your money on any of their products and services. I do not suggest you use this company via Craigs List either. They have multiple adds via Craigslist advertising different prices (sometimes) lower or highert than the next, using the same phone number 214-951-5229. Do yourselves a favor and hire a real professional rather than risk a fruad or charleton come into your home!
