Rebate ripoff was told the offer has expired and they couldn't honor the rebate!

Submitted rebate on 3/12/04. Approximately 8 weeks later received a letter stating that didn't provide an Original Serial number with submission. Fortunately I made copies of everything and yes I did provide the serial number in two different locations on the rebate form. I repeatedly contacted Syntax but was told they pulled form and to call back in 2 weeks. I called today 3 months later and was told the offer has expired and they couldn't honor the rebate! Stayclear of this company, total RIP-OFF!
