What you see is not what you get

I ordered a battery for my phone. It's a Siemens Gigaset Cordless SL 785. Their web site quoted the exact description and the picture of the battery looked right. What arrived was different. It did not fit my phone. I now have to pay to send it back for a refund. That sort of simple error suggests that they know exaclty what they are doing. It's a rip off.
