Electronics and household app.
Winter I used my free upgrade to get a samsung infuse 4 g s from att for $200. Enrolled in ATT's phone insurance, they use Asirion (phone claim dot com). About a month later my phone got stolen.
Stolen phone was replaced with no problem. Replacement phone would not transfer data to PC. Att said they would reflash it to see if that would fix the problem.
Christmas eve 2010. Did some last minute christmas shopping on the way to att store. Lost the phone while shopping. Check the 3 stores I had been to, and nobody had turned in my phone.
As Advised, I filed an online claim at Asirian's website. Was informed that there would be a 200 dollar deductible, that my insurance is cancelled, and if I would be sent replacement phone in 1 to 2 business days
The phone arrived. I found out that the speaker is defective. Many of my friends are unable hear me speaking to them unless I use a Bluetooth earpiece.
Called Asirion, my number was not recognized as an account of theirs, as it has been canceled. Got into a voicemail maze. Was connected to a t t customer service. They connected me with a live person at Asirion. I was told that a new good phone would be sent in 1 or 2 business days. It has been almost 2 weeks and still no phone.
Called Asiriom To check on status of my order. Can't get through to anyone because I'm not 1 of their accounts. Was referred to a t t customer service. Att could not contact a live person at the insurance company and told me to wait another week to see if it comes.
