Please avoid this a&e manufacturer around possible. Their customer service is the worst within the whole wide world. They never purchase the part to be replaced and call you twice per week to tell you the technician is coming to perform repairs tomorrow. (btw, they don possess the part you'll need, you've to get the replacement component, but nobody actually lets you know this before technology comes to provide services). You remove work to meet the specialist 8am -12pm, plus they call at 9am to inform you you're not home to open the doorway for them. They get the wrong part and you wait 4-6 months; they purchase the right part and they leave messages the technician will maintain with repairs in 3 days after the order was put - i desire... You call them back and have them to not call you before aspect comes, however they however bother you with messages the technician will arrive tomorrow 8 -12. I do not actually care how good their specialists are following the customer service they offer. I really hope the boss or even the main person of the company knows what awful customer support they offer to people
