Onl technique scam

I attempted to purchase a TV from their website (http://www.onltechniques.com/index.php? Route=product/product&product_id=57) and I received an email informing me that my credit card was declined and asked for a money transfer. I checked online and apparently they have been scamming other people as well. I called my credit card company and there had been no attempt to charge it. Below is the email from them:

Subject: Credit Card Declined - Order ID#1804

`We attempted to charge your credit card for this balance, but it faileds,
. This may simply be because we are located outside the United States.
We suggest you to make the payment by Western Union Money Transfer, forquick delivery of your order.

. Also you can use your credit card at www.westernunion.com to pay usdirectly., Let us know if we should send you the western union payment details to
proceed.
`. Waiting for your response.
