Laptopz-Outlet Cons, won't honor warranty, won't respond to any form of communication unless BBB is involved

I bought a battery from them via their ebay store - it had a 3 year warranty. It died after 9 months. I contacted them for a month straight via ebay email and phone with no response. I then contacted the BBB in NY, and all of a sudden the cons will respond.

After the BBB instilled some motivation into them, they replaced my battery with a DOA unit that somebody had taken a blowtorch to and exposed some microchip. They wanted me to send it back on my dime, and close the BBB case. Then, they sent a battery for an XPS M1330 (Mine is a M1530) which wouldn't work, and wanted me to send it back on my dime as well. It took over 2 months, and countless screw ups with these idiots in dire need of deportation to get a refund since a replacement was 'no longer available' according to them - even though they have current auctions going for them. I was tempted to order another one while this was going on to prove it wasn't out of stock and how these SOB's lie every time their mouths open or their fingers make a keystroke, but I didn't want to get screwed again.

They will use any tactic they can to add confusion - language barrier, change people who you are dealing with, even change the ship to address for returning product, so they can turn anything around on you.

They even reported to the BBB they'd had no response from me to try and get the case dropped - but I assured the BBB when they contacted me to verify that I had been in contact with them, and had documented all of it and would GLADLY provide to show how corrupt these bastards are.

I am surprised that they can't be shut down for evading warranty policies and shady business practices.
