Never sent my rebate check! Rip-off!

I purchased a battery recharger set at Fry's on October 14 for $14.99 based on the advertised rebate of $9.95 from Columbia Telecommunications. Although I called their 800 number after 12 weeks and was assured a check would be mailed, no check was ever sent. It has now been 8 MONTHS and still no check!
