Took my money but never delivered what I ordered. Then refused to talk

I ordered a replacement bulb for a Hitachi front projection TV for $99 with free shipping on November 25th. It is mid January / 2012 and my part has never arrived. I contacted them and they stated that it had been shipped. Further attempts to contact them have been met with silence. If you call the help lines you can never get to a person. These people are criminals. Never do any business with them.
