Ordered a pillips xl 2400 tv lamp and paid for it at their price of $ 89.00... They sent me an off brand instead. I returned same to the address they listed for refunds "bluestar international components, RMA # BL0021/Return for Credit/RTS, 215 east main st., STE 206, Huntington, New York... At a mailing cost of $6.50, thus the total of $95.50.. Per U.S. Postal tracking# (Personal Information Removed), they received it PM of 3/4.. Numerous, numerous attempts by me to find out status of my refund go totally unanswered... Help rr
