I called several times for customer care and the service was very disappointing. Aside from being put on hold for several minutes the representative that finally picked up could not help me with my problem. When i asked to speak to a supervisor i was denied access. I had been hung up on several times prior as well. As a dealer we promote your service in high regards to all our customers but unfortunately due to our current problems we will not be able to continue to offer your service unless something changes. Verrrrrryyyyyyy poor service wont recomend
