Wireless ripoff

After I filled out the Liberty Wireless qualification verification form a couple of months ago. I recieved E-mail notification of a draft from my checking acct. For $117.61. The reason stated for the draft was for activity on my Liberty Acct!? I never, ever agree'ed to purchase anything. I was never contacted by any of their representatives. I simply inquired to get pricing info for comparisons to other Cell-Phone services. What gives these bastards the right to make unauthorized withdrawls from my checking acct. I will turn this matter over to the Texas State Attorney Generals office as a flaudulent business transaction and committing a violation of my privacy by unauthorized access of my bank Acct (basically Theft). I want my money back NOW.
