"HIGHER DEPT." excuse scam - Internet phone device

I have tried to find out why my MJ (annual cost already paid by credit card) shows that it is expired. It will not allow me to charge on another credit card/use MJ at all. Contacting "customer service" means typing questions to someone who makes the customer wait for an answer (eventhough they are among the 10% elite), & then customer is told that someone in the HIGHER DEPARTMENT will e-mail an answer. Hasn't happened! Hours spent on this, no cust. Serv, no satisfaction.
