Fujitsu comes through... Finally!

In August, I submitted a criticism of a Fujitsu mini-split mixture AC and heat device, #23RLQ, that my spouse and that I had bought in 2008. The system worked good for 2 5 decades, then began operating occasionally and blinking a mistake signal our nearby Fujitsu seller never can determine.

Though I made repeated efforts, beginning in July, to get hold of the organization for aid, and supplied our phone numbers, mailing address, and e-mail address, Fujitsu never replied by any means... Till I went online and began processing grievances.

Aid was slow in-coming, but lastly on Sept. 20 I obtained a mobile call in the Rhode Island Fujitsu distributer stating he'd been approached by Fujitsu concerning the issue. Almost per month later he named again to express our device have been set by Fujitsu and was coming back again to Rhode Island. And lastly, after many more phone calls and e-mails, on Nov. 30, an area Fujitsu specialist, along with a manufacturer’s consultant, turned up and mounted the fixed device.

We’ve used it numerous occasions since that time, and also the heat function performs excellent, just like it did whenever we first started using it. Obviously, we won’t have the ability to check the AC until late spring, but we're optimistic that it's truly set permanently.

I do want to recognize that Fujitsu did come through, after some prodding, and we're happy to possess our Fujitsu mini-split-back working again. I also wish to appreciate this site for that useful support it works in assisting people like me who're battling to obtain a faulty consumer item set.
