Wrong name on package

After I obtained the merchandise it'd someone else's title onto it. After I named the person I had been informed it was for me personally, they created the error and place the individuals title onto it. I told them I actually donot want to buy. She mentioned it'd not be utilized. I told them I actually donot want to buy because of I had been unsure. I had been informed that I had a need to deliver it back. Therefore today I've to cover the return and never possess the item for Christmas. Which isn't reasonable or correct!
