Almost a year and no response!

Electronics and household app.

Seems like this company is known for scamming. I though they were legit but they received my phone on 1/6 and verified it on 1/11. According to their User Agreement payment was to be made within 45 days of verification. They have yet to send me a check for $140 dollars. I have made several attempts and requests for info but have not received any response.
