Recently bought a Zune HD mp3 player. It is under warranty and you not work with their customer service phone line and their website to get the issue straightened out. I have a repair number from over a mont ago with no reply since. My point is that this has been the worst company to be this electronic market and maybe i should have gone with friends and purchased an apple after this mess. Repair #1164910530. Sn#008044500415
