David Ostrowski. Advertised a zune for $185. And I sent it through money exchange. Never recieved zune and will not respond to my emails or return my money

I saw an advertisement online for a Zune and I guess I should have known it was too good to be true. I also should have known better when it said no paypal, to sign up for revolutionmoney.com to send money. Well I wanted one bad and I got took. This David at computeq has my $185 and I have nothing! I requested my money back or the product and he ignored it. This was in April and I even called money exchange and they cant help either. I just don't want others to fall for the same thing I did. Who knows where my money is? I'd like to here about others if they had trouble with this company. What can be done to stop them.
