Electrolux USA
Extended protection plan is a scam

Electronics and household app.

I paid for a 3 year extended protection plan for my range and nobody will repair my range. My plan don't expire until 01/25 what a rip off i have called all the #'s in the phone book and the #'s they have gave me to call for company's to repair my range under this program. They all said the same thing to me this company is broke and don't pay the repair places half the time. They have to wait 6 to 12 month to even get there money and that is why they refuse to repair any item they have an service agreement with. I am out $400 for my stove and $600.00 in extended service protections plan the 1 time it stops working they are no where to find a repair man. What a scam take the money and don't have repair service to offer a customer. This company is a scam take money and run scam.

I have renewed my service program 2 times now at 3 years each.
