Do not buy from them

I bought a Hansgrohe Talis S digital tap from Dealyard. To begin with, this tap needs an electric store despite the fact that that description claims "battery-powered". And so I experienced an electrician install an outlet for $100.

After adding this product, I observed the water leaking from inside the tap body throughout the first use. I e mailed the vendor regarding this problem and desired an change; however they simply stated that I have to undergo Hansgrohe plus they can't take a product after installed. Really? How might I understand the item is faulty or even mounted? The vendor declined to switch or even to use me. Their cost is unbelievably inexpensive possibly simply because they purchase faulty products and market it to people!!
