I bought a set of headphones and a laptop cooler from them both arrived not working cooler had bad wiring. I called their support after a long time we found out, headphones were just bad. They said they would replace them but i had to pay shipping... I did and they did. I got the new one today and guess what... Headphone work mic doesnt after another hour of support they say send it back and well replace OK real bad luck. Huh but the thing is they know it wouldnt work because it was built before windows 7 and instead of not selling it anymore or sending a driver disc they just make people go though their support to get the driver wich they dont even carry on their site. They have to go to cnet to get it. Only to find out the product was built buy incompetent idiots that cant solder. Again they are selling a product they know wont work for anyone who runs windows seven FRAUD...
