Panasonic solid these units knowing they where defective. Newer modles are not supposed to have the same issue. With knowlegde oof the problem they do not offer any solutions. A 1500.00 Tv is nothing to not pursue in this econmy. Its about producing a good product and handling things in a professinal manner. Replace the TV. At no cost.
