Lie. Dont return money

I sent a phone back in april and still have not received my money back as of yet. They lie and say money back guarantee in 30 days. They must mean 30 years. I only had the phone 2 days and sent it back. I have call them so much i have gotten tried of calling. I have a log of every time i call them. And they all say the same thing. "you will receive your refund in 30 working days" damn it was in april. Good service... Bad customer service. Getting ready to call better business b. It has been 6 months now and still have not receive my refund
