DealTree, Best Buy Sold junk. Won't accept return. Poor service from Best Buy

Sold refurbished item as new. Refused return. I opened the item after contacting them and being denied a return (past 30 days). The zoom button will not move and there is a line across the screen when you record. I really did not expect this from Best Buy.
