Somehow they retrieved my bank account information and stole $199

This company stated to me that i ordered a caller i.D. Box on March 15. That is impossible, noone was home that day. I called this company and spoke to a mr. Steven thomas and he said that i purchased this order on March 15th. I then explained to him that was impossible due to the fact that we werent home that day or night. He then stated that i in fact did order this box and that i gave them permission to withdraw $199. Oo out of my checking account. That was an outright lie so i asked him for any type of proof of this order and he could not send me anyhting due to the fact it was a phone order.

That is not true. They had to have had something per my bank, the FTC and my local police department. They are supposedly going to reimburse me but i have yet to see my money and suprisingly no one can help me. If anyone has been victim to these people, please let rip off report know.
