I am a doctor and bought an electronic endoscope from this company. It did not work at all even after IT tech tinput. They stalled by wanting screeshots and promising a refund after the screenshots were sent. Then they wanted the device returned to China before refund or replacement. They then claimed not to have received it despite being given tracking info that showed successful delivery. Now they will not respond to emails. They stalled long enough so that I had no recourse to Ebay or Paypal complaint systems. Cynical and shoddy business practice. Now no endoscope and out of pocket! Strongly advise not to deal with them.
