STAY AWAY!"Replaced" non-working merchandise with same piece then plays games to avoid refund

DO NOT use this company. I purchased a Plantronics 925 headset and the microphone did not work. I returned it and several weeks later received the exact SAME piece back (with the same problem, even had the same earbud on it). Seller using name Igor Aminov plays games repeatedly asking for information Ive already provided, and then after delaying 4 months asks me why purchased this item 5 month ago what are you doing? Im not ever sure what that means.

After finally deciding he wasn't just struggling with poor management skills, I went ahead and posted my first negative review and sent it to him. I got an immediate reply saying he will make the refund... But he's said that before, and instead of just taking care of it before he emails me, he goes on to ask AGAIN for the tracking number (which I've sent three times). Next he'll probably ask for the order number AGAIN. Lots of others have posted complaints on this company.

I have all records, and may eventually file in the small claims court (a block from my office) just to make sure his name gets into the justice system records.
