Ripped Off

I purchased a Wii console, advettised as brand new, and a balance board from Tradetang.included in my order were 50 game discs, and I was to receive an addtional remote game controller. I specified everything needed to work in United States.
Wii console appeared to be re-furbished (box opened, wear marks noted on console). The 50 game discs are formatted to work in CHina, not US. I did not receive the additional game controller as advertised, and the balance board cannot be sync'd to this console. Cost was $321.00. After weeks of communication I was returned $30.00. A complete rip-off. Will never never purchase from any china distributor again. Products were falsely adveritsed, were not provided, and do not work in US region, and now I am stuck with junk, and they got my $291 bucks!
