Did not comply with their warranty or return policies

I bought a guitar from sweetwater sound. It had design flaws. I sent it back and the new had design flaws. At this point the product itself is flawed. So they discontinued it. I tried to get them to credit me because the guitar cannot not be fixed or replaced. They said no and I'm stuck with it. Even though I have a one year warranty with them and a manufacturers lifetime warranty.

It cannot be replaced or returned. Their web page say's 100% satisfaction guaranteed or we will take it back for full store credit. They lied. Zach is just like every other sale person in the world. He will lie to you just to get a sale. Then not back it up. I will not use them again. I'm still fight to get a different guitar or my money back. Do not but from them.
