Bryan Slaven is a crook selling fake autographs and has stolen $3,500.00 from me.
I purchased a Nirvana autographed guitar from Bryan Slaven, the owner of www.autographcentral.net. On June 21st 2009 I put a down payment of $1,000.00 on a credit card and sent the remainder of $3,500.00 via wire transfer on July 3rd 2009 for a total of $4,500.00. I received the guitar 17 days later on July 20th. I had serious doubts about the authenticity of the guitar and I sent pics to all the major auction houses that deal in music memorabilia with very negative feedback and I sent back the guitar with signature confirmation 8 days after I received it on July 28th. Bryan Slaven signed for the guitar on August 7th at 9:04 A.M. I did contacted Bryan Slaven by phone and email to explain my doubts. He said in our phone conversation that it looks like I just wasted a bunch of money then hung up the phone on me. He has not returned my $3,500.00 that I sent him nor has he cooperated with me in any way. He has already re-listed the guitar for sale back on his website. I have disputed the $1,000.00 down payment with my credit card provider and they have since returned those funds to me. The Home page of Mr. Slavens website clearly states a 30 trial period to assure complete satisfaction. Mr. Slaven has the guitar and has re-listed the guitar on his site but has not sent me back my $3,500.00. Mr. Slaven has not tried to contact me and has not returned any of my phone calls or responded to any of my emails. I want my funds returned to me. Do not do business with this man. Bryan Slaven is a crook.
