Horrible product, horrible customer service

Electronics and household app.

Bought vacuum in February employed for roughly 14 days. Engine in machine appeared to be "crying" nearly as though it had been acutely drained. Spouse required base down and appeared to determine if blocked and/or gear was damaged. None of these were the situation. I named the amount about the paperwork and got a person service representative. They explained they'd deliver the "phone label" which once it had been obtained, it'd get roughly 4-6 wks for repari. While phone label got below, I delivered it through FedEx, which cost mean extra $25 along with the $80 for that machine. I've since named the client support "helpline" roughly 4 times. Every time I had been informed that I'd be called back. Every time, I had been NEVER called back. After I might contact and clarify the problem, and also the proven fact that my phone was never delivered, it had been usually exactly the same point, "I'm so sorry you've had that problem" after which go to place me on-hold while they allegedly seek advice from the service-center regarding the standing of what occurred to my vacuum. About the 28th of September an email was delivered to the service-center so that as of July 1st, there is no reaction to the supposed mail. On my last telephone call on July 1st, I had been informed this had been delivered to the escalation department which a boss might discover what was happening and also the repetition I had been speaking with could be back with me within the next eveningapproximately, 2 nights later I'm still waiting on that call-back, thus the main reason I'm here. I'm fed up with obtaining the same reaction with no courtesy call-backs.
