I complain rarely but was really stunned by the poor customer service I just received from the Fry's in Roseville CA. The store was littered with employees, packs of them wandering the stores, amazing really in todays environment. Of course, not a one of them seemed a bit interested in helping me out. I went from the laptop area to the area selling bluetoothes. There was a gal there, a sales person, who was discussing her new implants with some girl firends and what low cut shirt she intended to wear at the party later that night. Good info, but it didnt help me much with a blue tooth selection.

Her friends left and she went back to her work station pretendng I wasnt even there. Consistent service for the 3 times I had visited Frys - uncanny how similar. I decided to ask her about a recommendation and it was clear I was bugging her. Pick a blue tooth and proceeded to check-out.

The guy behind the cash register was equally aloof. Most of the 47 cashiers hanging out near the cash-out cage seemed drugged with bordum. The cashier that took my $ barely spoke up, no thank you and I simply left.

When checking out, I showed my receipt to the 3 staff "hanging out" at the exit and didnt even get acknowledged. The stores seems really cool but I have received similar service each of my 3 visits. Never going back...
