I`ve return a product, they refuse to put my money back

I`ve returned the product because wasn`t working. There is a guy Romy, he told me to return the product at the address on the box without label. I sent the product back, and after 3 days he sent my a label print to attach on the box. This ROMY says they didn`t recevied back the pack. He lies because i haqve been to usps media, pa, wehre i`ve sent the pack. The pack was sent in Milpitas, California in the date of 07/07 at 02:32: 46 from usps, media, pa. Bill no: 1000304378523 clerk: 02 and on the receipt i have another serial no: 4165410063-0097
