Allied trade group worse e-commerce experience ever

I ordered 2 ceiling fans, 2 light kits and 2 remote kits. I received 2 fans, no light kit and the wrong remote kit. After calling 3 times, and being disconnected 3 times, i finally got through. The rep, david bevan, seemed very friendly & helpful and assured me he was going to make this right. After waiting a day or so, david located the correct merchandise, sent me a few emails and told me to call him when i was ready to order. I called, left messages. No return call. Sent an email, no return call. 3rd attempt to call, was hung up on. 4th attempt to call, hung up on. 5th attempt, david got on the phone. When i explained that i needed a return shipping label so i could send back the wrong remote he responded "unfortunately we cant do that." i explained that the wrong product was sent to me. So of course ATG would pay for the mistake and the correct merchandise would be sent my way. He then responded "unfortunately, we cant do that." at this point, i was just livid. After 3 days of no return calls, being hung up on, now i am told that i am to pay for the shipping on both orders AND THE RETURN MERCHANDISE! Are you KIDDING ME?! I hung up the phone with a promise to NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company again. I dont blame david, his only error is chosing to work for a company that does not stand by what they promise. I am sending my assistant to the post office as i type this to return every bit of merchandise ordered from this company. I will never do business with atg stores again. This is my first time to EVER submit an online complaint. But i was treated SO POORLY i hope to stop someone else from having to go through the BS* that i am dealing with right now. If you do business with atg stores you have a 99.9% change of getting screwed.
