Scammed by 2 guys in a gray van

I wanted to respond to the person that also had been scammed by 2 guys in a van. I managed to follow my perpetrators, and with the help of the columbus police dept. Wheel pulled them over on the free way before the left town. Legally the police could not make them give me back my money, but I was allowed to talk to the scammers. I threatened legal action if they did not return my money, they did. I was allowed to leave, but I know at a minimum they will be charged with selling products without a business lliscence.
