I must admit the product on a whole was good but the suction cup they developed to hold the device onto your dashboard was not. The device continually fell off. Unfortunately it eventually landed face down and the glass front smashed. When i contacted the company they we re not very sympathetic and run me through a number of emails all of which closed the incident if i didnt respond in 36 hours. The real let down was when they were unwilling to admit their product had a fault with the holder and that they would not replace the device. Now if i was running over rough ground and out in the bush i could understand but i was only driving up a street. Its sad to see how a company that on the whole makes a good product cannot stand on its own device and admit when their wrong and rectify the situation

CLEAR INTERNET This the fifth USB device that have broken and had to mail it back with the responsibility to be charge for shipping and handle. I think it's unfair to pay for default device that has malfunction
