Scammed me out of $99 without my consent

Electronics and household app.
I thought this would be a good site to bid and get items at a discount. They said I would get 10 free bids when I sign up so I did. After signing up they asked for my credit card information (I entered it assuming it would only be used if I won something). My account was charged $99. It turns out there is not even a way to sign in or get back into the site. I am in college and dont have the money to just throw out freely...
