This company will not accept a return for a product that is not working properly

All I wanted was a dash cam that would record and be able to be re-played on a computer screen. It seems to record OK but there is no way myself nor my IT guy could get it to play back on a computer screen. It seems like there is some sort of pripriority code that is recording on the memory chip, preventing it from being played on anything except the tiny screen on the unit. I asked for a return authorization but was denied, with no explanation. The technical people, if you can ever get them to call back, are useless and inexperienced with their product.

The instructions that came with the unit are also useless and they very incomplete. Don't purchase anything from this company unless you like throwing your money away. They sell stuff well, but once you get the product, it's like the company doesn't exist. You may notice that all the reviews for their products are all 5 stars. If you submit a review with anything less than 5 stars, I guess it gets lost. I wish I had found this website before I bought from this company.
