Best buy is horrible. I brought my laptop in for geek squad and they said nothing was wrong with it. (I was concerned with the fact that i saw "VIRUS = 3" on my anti-virus software) they said thats how many virus's my software detected and stopped. Whether thats true or not i still dont know, im taking it to a friend who actually knows about computers. Also ive only had my laptop for about 2 months (i have never downloaded even a single song, or movie on it, its for homework and surfing the web, researching things for school) and my scrollbar on my touch pad has stopped working, it freezes, its slow, (Yes, i have windows 7, and the latest software) my touchpad mouse lags or will just freeze for a few moments. I will never buy a laptop from them again. Ever. Best buy, you suck.
