I ordered a pre-paid cell from this company on December 23. When I tried to activate the phone, I was unable to because I was told I had to let the phone charge for an additional 24 hours.

When I called back the next day, I was still unable to activate the phone. Again, I was given some lame excuse. Take the battery out of the phone, then call and try to activate the phone in 24 hours.

Finally after about a week of this nonsense, I told them I was sending the pnone back, and I expected a replacement. After about a week, I received a phone, but it was a red kyrocera, not at all what I had ordered. So I called again. I was told they did not know how I got the red phone, but to go ahead and use it until they could send me out another flip phone. So that phone was activated for my use.

The very next day, guess what comes in the mail? You got it! My flip phone. So again I call these people who might I add have problems understanding english. I think that's part of the problem. So now since they can't explain how the mix-up happened, they are going to try to transfer my service from the red phone which I hate to the flip phone that I ordered.

After about a week of pretty much the same thing that I got the first time, taking the battery out, charging and recharging, I was told that the esn number was still assigned to someone.

But I was assured that my account would not be debited because from 12/23/03-1/16/04 I had no service I could not use the phone.

The next morning, I received a web alert that they were going to debit 43.99 from my account. Again, I called and was told that they would take care of it. Four days later, they took the money out anyway. It took two weeks to get the money back, and then they heckled with me and pro-rated the days, and told me they could'nt refund my money only credit my account.

This is the problem, I still don't have my flip phone. Even after calling and speaking tho the manager of these goons, I still have not received my phone. I sent the second flip phone back three weeks ago. I called them today 2/27/04 and was gived pretty much the same run around.

I have since signed a contract with AT&T and given the pre-pay to my son, but I still want what I originally ordered. Not some red cheap phone that nobody in their right mind would want.

Can you please help me?
