I bought my cell phone about 6 months ago and i have been loosing service. I have pre paid and i had called the information line for t mobile and they said they could trade my phone in for a new one. So i went to the store and told them what he said. The employee sayed it is not allowed to trade in phones after the first 4 weeks of buying a cell phone. I am thinking about switching companies because of the false information. I thought you were the best company and i guess i ws wrong.
