House anything is just a catastrophe of legendary amount. After having my purchase delayed twice without any actual great explination, I had been subsequently advised they couldn't provide 2 of the 5 devices. The 3 that arrived were good, however 5 telephone calls with 30-min delay times, 2 e-mail and another month afterwards, I still haven't had my charge card paid back. Don't ever utilize them. I'm on-hold again (12 units and counting).
