Q-see fraudulently misrepresented the specs of dvr qt5116, gave refund to 'reseller' and they refuse to refund customer

Spoke with sales person and reviewed online specs for Q-SEE DVR 5116. It was supposedly the one and only model that had a S-Video out.

When i went online to purchase a google link www.householdcctv.com REDIRECTED web traffic to a deceptive website that pretends to be the real Q-SEE company site. The real site Q-Seestore.com and the deceptive redirect site qseestore.com are difficult to tell apart.

I ordered the DVR and it arrived with NO S-Video out. Even tho the manual says there is one... Their website says their is one in the specs... NOPE confirmed by tech support as not being available.

Returned the unit to Q-SEE for refund. But they issued the refund to the RESELLER (householdcctv.com) instead of me (the customer who sent the unit immediately to them after it was drop shipped.

Now the reseller has both the original payment and the refund to the 'real' Q-See. The ripoff retailer first tried to claim Q-see had not issued a refund, so I emailed him a copy the the refund to his/her credit card. Then they claimed that I had requested a replacement unit (lie), then claimed they would work with Q-See to 'expedite' my refund which he/she already had received. Two weeks later they now ignore emails, won't answer their phone or return emails.

AVOID ALL Q-SEE products as the manufacturer clearly doesn't even know their own products and they engage 'resellers' who refuse to give proper refunds.

AVOID Householdcctv.com, classicalcameras as they will take your money and never be heard from again.
