Does not honor rebates

We bought 3 FRS 2-way radios in July. Each had a $25 rebate which we sent in ($75 total rebate); the company has not honored any of the rebates.

We have tried calling, emails, and letters - no response to anything and no rebate. We have called both the rebate number and the main number - cannot get through to a person on either. Can only leave a message on the rebate number, and have gotten no response to it. There is no answering machine for the main number.

Some people have said that if you can reach a person on the main number, then you will get your rebate. This may be true, but unless you want to sit on the phone all day repeatedly dialing I don't think you'll be able to get through. (And even if that does work, it doesn't change the fact that this company does not honor rebates unless a customer hounds them.)

We are never buying anything from this company again.
