This company will give you a really good "quote" for your used electronics, then come back and say something is wrong with it and drop their price gambling on that you will just take it. I did not. I had a mint condition Iphone 3gs. It was not even 6 months old. Their "technicians" claimed there was a crack near the headphone jack. I received it back today and there are no cracks it is in the same condition it was when I sent it to them. They have offered me 185.00 cash to be deposited in my Paypal account the next day, but I recieved a phone call saying the phone had a tiny crack and was worth only 70.00. I immediately demanded the phone back, and plan to sell it on Craig's List.
