Amazon, ripoff, exhaust fan

I purchased the window exhaust fan in JUly used it for one month. Here it is May, plugged in wont come on. This fan was approx. $189.00. I only used for one month and now wont work. Called redeem air numerous times for replacement they wont answer phone or return calls. The fan is now being sold for only 69 dollars. Apparently just more chinese crap being pushed onto the American consumer. I wonder how they have a good amazon rating with this kind of service. I recommend you buy elsewhere.
