I sent a lcd projector in to Adtech Systems in Wayland MA for a trade in. They told me they would give me a 400.00 credit for a new projector. I told them that I didn't have the money at the time and besides they didn't have the model in stock that I wanted so they said fine.

Well when I got the money to purchase the item they said that it had been over 30 days and they could only give me 300.00 credit. Nowhere on the website did it post that info and nobody informed me of that policy. Plus they still didn't have the one I wanted in stock so I settled for another model. Well instead of taking the 300 off the new model they said they had to credit my bank account and it would take 5 business days.

Well 10 days rolled aroud and still no credit I called them and they made excuses about the accounting dept. They would never let me talk to the owner. So I finally decided to take my business elsewhere.in the meantime the next day they credit my bank account 300.00 after I told them to send my projector back. I told them when I get my projector back I will send back the 300.00 but instead because they had my credit card number they took there 300 back plus 25.00 more and 5.00 more because it went in to overdraft.

They didn't have an authorization to do that. I called my bank and they said I was trying to scam them and they laughed at me. I called my bank and they called them and told them they were going to report them as a fraud and they did give them a tracking number to the projector they were sending back to me but he still put them on the fraud list because I never authorized it and they took out 30.00 more than they were supposed to. Never Do business with these people PLEASE!
