Horrible Service Supervisors - Called me Rude

I've had a encounter using the ADT organization. All I'd was a problem. May I modify "this" about my support? After talking with several repetitions and all-they might do is inform me I had a need to talk to a boss, nothing was solved. All of the administrators requested is "does this need to do with ADT", while I am attempting to clarify how it's anything related to ADT. Another only point we mentioned is who offered me the amount for them and just why that individual did that. Used to do not need these solutions or did I worry about these concerns. I'm calling to go over my scenario, my request, not the bossis poor morning! I had been actually named RUDE in one of the supposively "top" administrators. Because no body else might reply my concerns they submitted me to Ms. "Roberta" and lastly experiencing releaved about talking with a boss whom I believed might offer exemplary customer support, when at the moment... My issue remains unanswered and that I am still not able to contact anybody who are able to support. I'd recommend no body to make use of ADT when they actually wish to contact them or alter something about their support. Whenever we were getting hired mounted anything was excellent till it had been completed... Today they're nonexistant for my organization! Won't reply the telephone, won't reply my issue, won't contact me back.

Exactly what a horrible customer support experience from such a broad recognized company.
