These clowns are a laugh. From lengthy delay times about the telephone, to rude customer service individuals who evidently do not keep in touch with the specialists (loosly used phrase), never to having the ability to consult with a boss/director, to missed visits, to simply plain poor company. While our aged A/D unit quit, Support America offered us a Trane 20I, the surface of the point A/H device. Only issue... They do not understand something about fixing the system. We'd the very first annual support on April 9, and also have had only issues with the entire year old device since beginning each day after their intended technology quit. We have been calling them regular/twice per week. We have needed to watch for support, watch for components to become requested (they stated it was the thermostate - ha), watch for them to determine they truly did not understand what the issue was, request us for that restoration guides, not understand what the problem rules were, then ultimately reveal to contact Trane whilst the device was under warranty. They sold it to us. A phone towards the 'you want to buy an a/d' point was responded quickly. The individual there delivered a contact towards the A/D boss requesting him to contact us. We are still waiting. These folks have no idea the things they are performing... A rip-off. Then there is the ice-maker which was dripping all around the ground. We named them on the Mon and needed to wait until Friday for service. Two nights later, the system began dripping again... All around the ground again. Needed to wait another week in order for them to appear. Destroyed the ground. They stated oh well... Not their issue. View these men. They state with an AA plus score using the BBB. Liars.
