Well after they flipped flop me about dust particles found in receiver I stated it worked till day sent and had it packed by fed ex still have receipt. Sent april 8 received april 10 but was not billed for it until april 26 in whos warehouse was it sitting in 21 days. And what could have happened there. Dust particles after having for 19 months of course dust gathers in computers. Told me well we can drop this if u start a new installation with us. Hmm sounds funny. Then when I said still works she said well it would still work with dust particles so then why am I paying if still works. Quote well u still owe us 200.00 I said I don't think so! Help me some one
